What Have I Been Doing During Lockdown?

Well as you all know I have been working on my MSc in Digital Marketing this year. It's coming to an end now with my final essay due in for September 6th. But here is a sneak peak at some side projects I've been working on.

Girls Can Logo

Girls Can is a new website I've designed that will celebrate all the accomplishments of ladies throughout history. I wanted to create a place where anyone and everyone can read about female achievements and give recognition to the amazing women I intend to write about. I've already written a list of over 60 women whose stories I want to tell. From Bertha Benz to Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the history of these women will be forever immortalised on the new Girls Can website.

Website Design

This is a little preview of how I want the website to look. I choose this hot pink colour because it's a powerful colour and I like the idea of taking back the power of pink rather than being girly.

Domestika image

The other project I've been working on is learning how to create face filters with Domestika on Sparks AR Studio. This is a new skill that I haven't done before but I think it would be quite fun to explore. I'm trying to follow the video tutorials at the moment so I have a lot of work to do with this before I feel confident in my new skill. I think this is a great new skill for me to learn and would hopeful be relevant for my job.

Lastly the final project I've begun is loosing weight due to the lockdown I've bearly left the house and my sofa is so very comfortable leading me to get chubby so I'm putting an end to that!
